<p>Original Prusaの磁石付きヒートベッドは、取り外し可能で両面使える柔軟性のあるばね鋼シートを保持するように考えられており、プリント面からプリント物を簡単に取り除くために特別に設計されています。</p>

<h3><strong>一般情報</strong></h3>
<p>取り外し可能なスチールシートは、ヒートベッドの裏に接着されている多数の磁石によって所定の位置に保持されます。 ヒートベッドの上部には、スチールシート（右の写真）のノッチと完全に一致する2つのピン（左の写真）があります。 <em>スチールシートをヒートベッドに取り付ける前に、ヒートベッド表面がきれいで、フィラメントのゴミなどがないことを確認してください。</em></p>

<h3>スチールシートプロファイル</h3>
<p>シート毎に厚さがわずかに異なるため、各シートには異なるLive Adjust Z値が必要です。 複数のシートを使用している場合は、各シートのLive Adjust Z値を[Steel sheet profiles]に保存して切替て使うことができます。 詳細については、記事<a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/steel-sheet-profiles_1955">Steel sheet profiles</a>を参照してください。</p>
<h3>プリントの取り外し</h3>
<p>プリントオブジェクトをプリント面から取り外すには、必ずスチールシートが<strong>室温まで冷えるまで</strong>待ってください。 次に、シートを内側と外側に<strong>曲げて</strong>取り外すことができますが、シートの損傷を防ぐため、ある場面ではへらでアシストしながら剥がしていくことが必要になります。 <strong>PETG、ASA、ABSやPCブレンドなどの素材の場合、または第1層の面積が大きいプリントの場合、もしくはその両方の場合、スティックのりで保護分離層を形成することが必要になる場合があります。</strong></p>

<p>万が一、冷やしてもうまく剥がせなかったり、剥がすときに表面が傷ついたり（表面の一部がはがれたり、ひびが入ったり）した場合は、この種のプリントシートに適していないフィラメントを使用しているか、表面が正しく準備されていない可能性があります。フィラメントとプリントシートの互換性と表面処理については、こちら <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/materials">Material table</a> をご覧ください。</p>
<p>模型の取り外しにヘラを使う場合は、シートの表面を傷つけないように注意してください。平らな面で模型の下を掘るのではなく、可能な限りシートを少し曲げ、模型の下にヘラを差し込みます。</p>
<p>プリント表面から離れない頑固なプリントの場合、ヒートベッドを数分間（元のプリント温度まで）再加熱し、再び冷ましてみてください。こうすることで、プリント面にくっつきすぎているプリントを取り除くことができる場合があります。</p>

<div class="warning-callout">プリントシート（サテン、スムース、テクスチャード等）などの消耗部品は、コーティングが時間の経過とともに劣化するため、保証対象外です。 材料または製造上の欠陥により故障が発生した場合を除き、傷、へこみ、ひび割れなどの外観上の損傷も保証の対象とはなりません。到着時のシートの不良のみが保証の対象となります。</div>
<h3>シートの違い</h3>
<p>適切にクリーニングし、最初のレイヤー（Live Adjust Z値）を正しく設定すれば、ほぼすべての種類の材料をプリントするのにすべてのシートが使えます。 ただし、特定の材料やモデルに1枚または他のシートを割当てることで特定の利点があります。</p>

<h4>スムーズPEIシート</h4>

<h3>プリントがくっつかない</h3>
<p>プリント表面が完璧にきれいで、90％のイソプロピルアルコールを浸したペーパータオルで拭いてすべての脂分を取り除いていて、さらに最初の層の高さが完全に設定されていても、プリントオブジェクトがプリント面に確実に接着しない場合は、<a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/first-layer-issues_1804">1層目の問題</a>をチェックしてください。</p>

<p>Each Original Prusa printer is shipped with a bundle of sample G-codes. These G-codes are tested and tailored specifically for your printer model and can be used either to see the printer capabilities or for troubleshooting.</p>

Sample G-codes

<p>The Prusa PRO HT90 uses quick-swap REVO nozzles. To change a nozzle, go to <em>More -&gt; Nozzle</em> change in the printer menu.</p>
<p>If the nozzle is too hot at this point, you will be presented with a warning. Select <em>Cooldown and continue</em> and wait until the nozzle's temperature reaches safe levels.</p>

<p>Once the nozzle is out, select Continue on the screen. You will be presented with a menu where you can select which type of nozzle you wish to install. The standard type is the <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/high-flow-print-head-ht90_727185">HF (High Flow) nozzle</a>. The ObXidian is ideal for composite materials (e.g., containing carbon fiber) on the High-flow print head. The <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/high-temperature-print-head-ht90_726478">HT-A</a> is designed for high-temperature abrasive materials, such as PEI CF, PEKK CF, and similar.</p>
<p>Once you select the nozzle type, you must also pick the correct diameter. The standard diameter for the High-flow print head nozzle is 0.4 mm and for the High-temperature print head is 0.6 mm.</p>

Nozzle replacement (HT90)

<p>The default print head on the <strong>Prusa Pro HT90</strong> is a high-flow print head. This allows a high volumetric rate which will let you print faster. The print head also has a fan control that uses a servo motor.</p>

<p>You can identify that the high flow print head is installed when it shows a blue stripe.</p>
<h3>Nozzle</h3>
<p>The high flow print head comes with a <a href="https://e3d-online.com/products/revo-high-flow-nozzles">Revo High flow nozzle</a>. Note that this nozzle is not resistant to abrasive filaments, as it is made of brass.</p>
<p>If you wish to print with abrasive filaments, use the <a href="https://e3d-online.com/products/revo-obxidian-nozzles">Revo ObXidian Nozzle</a>.</p>

High flow print head (HT90)

<p>The <strong>Prusa Pro HT90</strong> comes with a high-temperature print head that can be <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/changing-the-print-head_726486">installed</a> in the printer.</p>

<p>The print head can reach temperatures up to 500 ºC, covering most available materials, including PEI (Ultem). Additionally, the nozzle is abrasion-resistant.</p>
<p>The print head features a manual flap adjustment for the cooling air, allowing you to control the airflow from fully closed to fully open.</p>
<p>Before starting a print, the printer will display the recommended flap adjustment based on the loaded GCode.</p>

<p>The hardness of the HT-Abrasive coating can cause small particles to detach from the bristles of the brass brush and create dusting over the nozzle. This will give the nozzle a brass-coloured sheen. However, the coating itself is still very much intact, and there will be no compromise to wear performance.</p>

<p>The Prusa Filament Drybox features a system for maintaining and reducing humidity using silica gel. This material actively absorbs moisture from the environment inside the box, helping to keep the filament dry.<br />For optimum performance, and in some cases even necessity, it is recommended to pre-dry the filament appropriately in a professional dryer and then place it in the Drybox for the first time. This ensures that the filament is in ideal condition for printing.</p>

Prusa Pro Filament Drybox

<p>When slicing a project for the Prusa Pro HT90, the PrusaSlicer needs a specific profile that is not pre-installed in the first download of the program. These profiles are only available if you have purchased the printer. After receiving the printer, your PrusaAccount will be associated with the HT90. Note that it is important that a <strong>USB drive</strong> is connected to the printer to download the profiles. Importing profiles (HT90)

<p>The <strong>Prusa Pro HT90</strong> is engineered for maximum efficiency and reliability. However, it is still a mechanical device with components that require regular maintenance. Follow the guidelines below to keep your printer in perfect condition for as long as possible.</p>
<h3>Flexible steel sheets</h3>
<p>The Prusa Pro HT90 can use three types of print sheets, <strong>Textured</strong>,<strong> Satin</strong>,<strong> </strong>or<strong> PA nylon</strong>. </p>
<h4>Textured sheet</h4>
<p><strong>Never clean a textured sheet with acetone!</strong> This will create micro-cracks in the PEI layer which will cause significant surface deterioration over time.</p>
<p>The surface of this sheet is covered with a special polymer (Ultem) to ensure perfect adhesion. The powder-coated steel sheets are better for printing objects with materials such as PETG, CPE, or Flexfill (TPU) which tend to adhere too much to a smooth surface, but can be more easily removed from the textured one. <strong>For all details and considerations of the Textured sheet, please see <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/textured-steel-sheet_196534">Textured steel sheet</a>.</strong></p>
<h4>Satin sheet</h4>
<p><strong>Never clean a satin sheet with acetone!</strong> This will create micro-cracks in the PEI layer which will cause significant surface deterioration over time.</p>
<p>The Satin sheet further expands our line-up of print sheets. Its powder-coated surface with a lightly textured matte finish offers an optimal level of adhesion and is fully compatible with a wide range of common and less-common filaments. <strong>For all details and considerations of the Satin sheet, please see <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/satin-steel-sheet_196526">Satin steel sheet</a>.</strong></p>
<h4>PA nylon sheet</h4>
<p>Do <strong>not</strong> clean the <strong>PA nylon </strong>sheet with acetone, IPA (isopropyl alcohol), or other alcohol-based solvents (window cleaners, Windex, etc.), as this will damage the surface. Wash the special sheet before every print with clean water (use a wet cloth or sponge), then dry it. Greasy stains, such as fingerprints, can be cleaned with water with dishwashing soap. </p>
<p>The special PA nylon sheet is made for printing polyamides (Nylon) since their adhesion to standard PEI sheets is generally very poor. The sheet comes with a matt texture, similar to the satin steel sheet with a PEI surface. The sheet is compatible with most polyamides and PETG, other materials may have insufficient adhesion and should be printed on our standard PEI sheets. <strong>For all details and considerations of the PA nylon sheet, please see <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/special-pa-nylon-steel-sheet_341570">PA nylon sheet</a></strong>.</p>
<div class="warning-callout">Consumables such as printing plates are not covered by warranty. The warranty only covers consumables if they arrive already damaged or incorrectly manufactured. Print plates are consumables and the warranty only covers defects that become apparent immediately after unpacking.</div>
<h3>Keeping the printer clean</h3>
<p>After several hours of printing, various types of debris can start to accumulate in the printer chamber, such as filament pieces, dust, broken support remnants, etc.</p>
<p>Always ensure that all parts of the printer are clean. You can use a brush, a small broom, or a vacuum cleaner to remove the debris. </p>
<p>Do not clean the printer while it is printing. Clean the printer only after all parts have cooled down and the printer is turned off.</p>
<h3>Nozzle cleaning</h3>
<p>It is fundamental for the hotend and nozzle to be clean. Check the recommended methods and instructions for cleaning a nozzle used in a <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/high-flow-print-head-ht90_727185">high-flow print head</a>, and in a <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/high-temperature-print-head-ht90_726478">high-temp print head</a>. </p>
<h3>Filter replacement</h3>
<p>The top part of the printer's chamber contains a housing with a HEPA filter. This filter needs to be replaced or cleaned regularly. Follow the procedure in the <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/hepa-filter-replacement-ht90_726153">dedicated filter replacement article</a>. </p>

PEI (Ultem)

<p>The <strong>Prusa Pro HT90</strong> supports two print head configurations. The default <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/high-flow-print-head-ht90_727185">high flow print head</a> handles materials up to 300°C. For industrial materials like PEI, PEKK, and PEEK, use the <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/high-temperature-print-head-ht90_726478">high temperature print head</a>, which reaches up to 500°C.</p>
<h3>Removing print head</h3>

<li>Unload filament and cool the nozzle below 50°C.</li>
<li>Turn off the printer and unplug it from power.</li>
<li>Using a flat-head screwdriver, turn the stoppers by 120° counter-clockwise and remove them. <li>Connect the arms to the ball joints.</li>
<li>Rejoin the C-clamp holder around the air tube and cable bundle.</li>
<li>Insert the PTFE tube into the print head and secure the collet with the retainer clip.</li>
<li>Reconnect the air hose and cable bundle behind the HEPA filter.</li>
<li>Secure the connector assembly with the thumb screw.</li>
<li>Close the cover and reinstall the cover stoppers.</li>

Changing the print head

<p>The <strong>Prusa Pro HT90</strong> has a HEPA filter in the upper part of the printer through which air passes from the printer into the room. The filter needs to be replaced every 600 print hours. To replace it, follow the steps below:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Ensure that the printer is completely cooled down</strong> to avoid the risk of burns from hot surfaces.</li>
<li>In the LCD Menu, select <em>More -&gt; Move -&gt; Service position</em>. This will move the print head to the service position, providing space for manipulation.</li>
<li>If the doors are not already extended up, do so now.</li>
<li>Take the front part of the filter cover and gently pull it towards you.</li>

<p>The <strong>Prusa Pro HT90</strong> has firmware installed during production. It is possible to update the firmware in three ways.</p>
<h3>Menu update</h3>
<p>Connect the printer to the internet network. Then select <em>System -&gt; Check for updates</em>. Once the printer finds an update, it can be downloaded even during printing. The update will be installed after the print job is finished.</p>

<h3>Offline update </h3>
<p>The HT90 can be used fully offline. This includes firmware updating. Download the firmware and add it to the root folder of a USB drive. Plug the USB drive with the FW to the LCD port and the printer will recognize it automatically.</p>
<h3>Browser update</h3>
<p>In this way, it is also possible to <strong>downgrade</strong> the firmware. Go to the printer to <em>More -&gt; Settings -&gt; Network</em>, and copy the IPv4 to your browser.</p>
<p>Go to the gears on the top right to open the settings on the web interface. On the new window, go to Versions, and select the Upload button.</p>

How to update firmware (HT90)

<p>The <strong>Prusa Pro HT90 </strong>features many elements, including among others an actively heated chamber, a high-performance heatbed, and a choice of high-flow or high-temperature hotend. </p>
<p>The exact amount of power consumption from the printer depends on the specific type of material, but in general, the following <strong>peak power consumption</strong> specifications apply: </p>
<ul>
<li>Voltage 230 V, peak power 1900 W </li>
<li>Voltage 110 V, peak power 1800 W </li>
</ul>
<p>Please note that the printer does not have a switching system for the supported AC voltages. The printer supports one AC voltage, depending on the chosen version. </p>
<p>The printer does not have a power recovery feature, such as power panic. In many cases, on most materials printed with HT90, a power panic feature would not be useful, as the cooling of the chamber would already result in a print failure. </p>
<p>A temporary power outage can be solved using an external, third-party <strong>UPS</strong> (Uninterruptible Power Supply). Though this is fully optional, it can prove useful for temporary power outages, <strong>preventing a print fail</strong> in that situation. </p>

<p>The <strong>Prusa Pro HT90</strong> is operated through a touch screen. The screen is used to operate the printer, and it will show you images of the processes to be done on the printer.</p>

LCD menu (HT90)

<p>You’ve probably guessed it already but the PEI 1010 isn’t exactly a “plug and print” material like our basic Prusaments (PLA, PETG…). Although we do our best to make our filaments as easy to print as possible, there are still certain physical limitations.</p>
<h3>Necessary hardware</h3>
<p>The melting point of this material is very high and so is the printing temperature, so <strong>you need an enclosed and actively heated 3D printer like the <a href="https://www.prusa3d.com/applications/prusa-pro-ht90_236004/">Prusa Pro HT90</a>.</strong></p>
<p>The moisture absorption is extremely fast and difficult to undo - <strong>you’ll need a <a href="https://www.prusa3d.com/product/memmert-uf30-filament-dryer/">professional dryer</a> (oven) and a <a href="https://www.prusa3d.com/product/prusa-pro-filament-drybox/">suitable dry box</a></strong>, or a dryer that can be connected directly to a printer. The spool placed outside without a dry box absorbs moisture in dozens of minutes. In a passive dry box (with silica gel only) the difference is noticeable after half a day or so and after several days the filament gets practically unprintable.</p>
<p>Finally, <strong>the print surface adhesion is also very high</strong> - here you’ll need a special separation layer like the <a href="https://www.prusa3d.com/product/magigoo-pro-ht-50ml/">MagiGoo HT</a>. To ensure good printability we designed and chose the following hardware that should work perfectly but you may use other equipment with similar properties too:</p>

<h3>Step-by-step successful printing process</h3>
<p>Now, here’s a process you should do to print with Prusament PEI 1010 successfully:</p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Preheat the dryer</strong> (oven) to 150 °C and insert PEI 1010 spool. Dry the filament at 150 °C for 6-8 hours.</li>
<li><strong>Prepare the dry box:</strong> the desiccant inside should not be depleted (see the desiccant color). If it’s depleted, either dry it in the oven properly or replace it with fresh desiccant.</li>
<li><strong>After drying the filament, move it immediately to the dry box.</strong> This is crucial, as the PEI may absorb moisture after dozens of minutes!</li>
<li><strong>Prepare the HT90 printer.</strong> The printer should have an HT print head mounted - replace the printhead if the high-flow is mounted. Check the print sheet - PEI 1010 should be printed on the Textured powder-coated print sheet and PA Nylon print sheet only.</li>
<li>If you print in the Textured powder-coated print sheet, <strong>spread a thin even layer of the MagiGoo HT</strong> on the print surface. It is not necessary to apply the MagiGoo on the PA Nylon print sheet.</li>
<li><strong>Preheat the HT90</strong> (Nozzle: 410 °C, Heatbed: 150 °C, Chamber: 90 °C) and load the filament. Note that the filament should remain closed in the dry box. It should only be connected to the printer through the PTFE tube.</li>
<li><strong>Slice the model with the original PrusaSlicer profile.</strong> Other profiles may not work properly.</li>
<li><strong>Print it!</strong></li>

<p>If everything is done correctly, the print should have a nice glossy transparent amber look with no stringing and oozing.</p>

<h3>Choosing the right model</h3>
<p>Finally, you should know that the <strong>Prusament PEI 1010 tends to warp a lot during printing</strong>. This does not mean that you should print only the tiniest parts possible but it’s something you might want to consider when designing and slicing the models. We did our best to make the filament as easy to print as possible but still, working with such filaments requires some experience and knowledge. As for the latter, here are a few tips to make the best of it:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Consider the printed object size.</strong> The warping is most significant in the largest prints. This means that printing an object that has full-bed dimensions may not be the best choice. We recommend printing small to medium-sized parts for the best results.</li>
<li>Print bases with narrow angles, such as square shapes (or narrower ones) tend to warp much more than round ones. <strong>The best model is the one that has a flat circular base</strong> placed on the print surface. Don’t forget to consider it when designing and slicing a model.</li>
<li>No matter the size, <strong>we always recommend printing the PEI 1010 with a brim.</strong> This significantly reduces the warping issue.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Most common errors</h3>
<p>Finally, let's show some of the most common errors visible on the following 3D printed part:</p>

<li><strong>The filament is not dry</strong> - this is mostly noticeable at the bottom part, where the extruded material has a "foamy" structure, the model loses its desired dimensional properties and mechanical resistance too.</li>
<li><strong>This model was printed with other than the recommended PrusaSlicer profile.</strong> This is why the model is full of cavities (bubbles) noticeable in every layer, which significantly affect the model's mechanical properties.</li>
<li><strong>This model was also full of strings</strong> (not visible in the photo above) due to the errors mentioned above.</li>
<li><strong>Notice the warping:</strong> the model peeled off the print sheet even with the brim. This was caused by three reasons. First, the model is not exactly round and compact. The shape is not ideal but a larger brim might help. Second, the wet filament tends to warp more and stick less to the print surface than the dry one. Finally, we applied too much MagiGoo HT on the surface.</li>

How to print with PEI 1010

<h3>Tips for successful printing</h3>
<p>It is essential to keep the filament dry, otherwise, its mechanical properties will significantly deteriorate. PEEK-CF is extremely hygroscopic and begins to absorb moisture from the air within 10 minutes, affecting the resulting quality and strength. Therefore, we recommend drying the filament for at least 4 hours at 130°C before printing and using a dry box (like the <a href="http://help.prusa3d.com/ja/article/prusa-pro-filament-drybox_725964">Prusa Pro Filament Drybox</a>). Printing this material requires an enclosed heated chamber with a minimum temperature of 85°C or higher.</p>
<h3>Heated chamber</h3>
<p>An actively heated chamber is necessary to print this material with a temperature of 85°C or higher. A heated chamber is essential for printing high-temperature materials in FFF, due to several reasons:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Prevents deformation: </strong>Maintains stable temperatures to reduce deformation and cracking.</li>
<li><strong>Improves layer adhesion:</strong> Supports stronger connections between layers.</li>

<p>PSU is an excellent alternative to ULTEM 9085. While having a lower cost per kilogram and lower density (giving you more filament per kilogram), it maintains superior thermal properties. Its higher glass transition temperatures and heat deflection temperature give it higher strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures.</p>
