This guide will take you through the unpacking the Prusa Pro HT90 from the original package.
CAUTION: Proceed very carefully as the printer is heavy and large.
At least two people are required for unpacking
Bring a pair of scissors to cut the shipping straps.
Please retain the original packaging for the printer. It may be needed for returns or future transportation.

First of all, check the damage indicator on the box, if:
OK > If the indicator is white, proceed to the next step.
NOK > If the indicator is red, please contact our 24/7 support team at the bottom right of your screen.

Using scissors, cut and remove all black transport straps.
With the help of another person, grasp the white handles and remove the printer package from the shipping pallet.
CAUTION: Be EXTRA CAREFUL as the printer packaging is heavy and bulky.
Place the box on a stable surface. Make sure the package is oriented top side up. See the transport handles on the underside.

Locate the four white handles on the bottom of the box.
Open the handle and remove it from the box.
Open and remove the remaining handles from the box.
Slowly slide up the main part of the box. And remove it.
Be aware that a vacuum may build up inside, making upward movement difficult. Slide it up very carefully and slowly.

Remove the protective film by pulling from top to bottom.
On the top fixation you will find a Welcome Letter with basic information to get you started.
Remove the box on the side that contains the accessories. Do not throw them away!
Remove the top black fixation from the top of the printer.

Two persons are required to lift the printer.
CAUTION: Proceed very carefully as the printer is heavy and large.
First person - pick up the two purple transport belts on the front of the printer.
Second person - pick up the purple transport belt on the back of the printer.
Pull the transport belts together and carefully lift the printer and remove it from the bottom fixation.
Place the printer on the flat and stable surface.

Two persons are required to remove the transport belts from the printer.
Carefully tilt the printer to one of its sides to gain access to the belts.
From underneath, locate the pin that secures the purple transport belt to the printer.
Turn the pin 90° to unlock and remove the purple transport belt from the bottom of the printer.
Repeat this process for the last two transport belts.
After removing all the transport belts, place the printer back on its “feet”.

From the front side of the printer:
Press the safety latch on the door lid and slide the door all the way up.

Locate three red belt clips securing the belts.
Grasp the first securing clip on the left belt and pull it out.
Repeat the process for the remaining two safety clips.

Move the print head up from the transport fixations according to the following instructions:
Place your point fingers between the transport fixation and the print head frame. Don't pinch any cables!
Gently pull the print head all the way up.
If any guide arm falls out of the magnet, simply snap it back onto the corresponding free ball magnet.

You may have an additional accessory between the transport foams, so be careful when removing it.
Remove the upper transport foam.
If you have an additional accessory between the transport foams, remove it and place it nearby.
Remove the lower transport foam.

Look for the Spool holder in the Accessories box.
See the picture, the spool holder is pushed down with the smaller side.
Attach the spool holder and pull it downwards till the upper end is aligned with the holder.
The spool holder can hold wider spools, adjust the spool holder by turning it counter-clockwise.

From the rear side of the printer, plug in the PSU cable.
Turn the power switch ON (symbol "I").
Good job, the printer is ready for first set-up.
