Step 1 Introduction

⬢このガイドでは、Original Prusa MK4SとMK3.9SのPrusaノズルの交換について説明します。

The following instructions are compatible with all Prusa Nozzle diameters.

Step 2 Nozzle Replacement Tool

Recommendation: There is an alternative nozzle replacement method that requires using a printed replacement tool. This approach is quicker and simpler, allowing you to replace the nozzle directly on the printer.

This method requires printing the Nozzle Replacement Tool. If you do not have the possibility to print the tool, follow the instructions in the next steps.

Step 3 Tools necessary for this chapter

⬢For this chapter, please prepare:

⬢Wrench 13-16

⬢Universal wrench

Step 4 Preparing the printer

⬢プリンタからフィラメントを取り外します。

プリンターからスプールホルダーを外しておくことをお勧めします。

Step 5 Cleaning the hotend

WARNING: The hotend and heatbed are very HOT. Do not touch these parts!!!

⬢次のステップでは、ヒーターブロックとホットエンドをフィラメントゴミからきれいにしておく必要があります。そうしないと、ノズルを外すのが難しくなります。

If you have a Prusa hotend sock on the hotend, remove it.

⬢プリンタの画面から Control -> Temperature -> Nozzle Temperature と進み、ノブを使用して250℃に設定します。

⬢Wait at least 5 minutes. The remains of the filament must be warmed up slightly so that they can be removed more easily.

⬢真鍮のブラシを使い、ヒーターブロックとホットエンドのフィラメント汚れを注意深く清掃します。ショートする恐れがあるため、ブラシがホットエンドケーブルに接触しないようにしてください。

⬢When the heaterblock and the hotend are perfectly clean, cool down the printer. On the screen, navigate to Preheat -> Cooldown.

Wait until the hot parts are cooled down to ambient temperature. It takes approximately 10 minutes.

Step 6 Protecting the heatbed

⬢プリンタの電源を切り、PSU（電源ユニット）から電源ケーブルを抜きます。

プリンタ部品（プリントヘッドとヒートベッド）が室温程度まで冷却されていることを確認してください。

作業を進める前に、ヒートベッドを保護することをお勧めします。

⬢フレキシブルスチールシートを外します。

⬢十分な厚みのある布を使い、ヒートベッドを覆ってください。こうすることで、分解時に表面を傷つけることがなくなります。

Step 7 ホットエンドケーブルへのアクセス

⬢Slide the Loveboard-cover up and remove it from the extruder.

⬢Open the fan-door-cover widely.

Step 8 ホットエンドケーブルの取り外し

各コネクターには安全ラッチがあります。取り外す前に、ラッチを押す必要があります。さもないと、コネクターが破損する恐れがあります。

⬢Disconnect the hotend heater cable.

⬢Disconnect the hotend thermistor cable.

Step 9 Removing the hotend

⬢Remove the hotend cables from the cable channel.

⬢ホットエンドを手でつかみます。

⬢もう片方の手で2本のサムスクリューを緩めます。完全に外す必要はなく、数回回すだけで十分です。

⬢ホットエンドアセンブリをヒートシンクからスライドして外します。

Step 10 Prusaノズルの取り外し

⬢If you have the silicone sock on the heaterblock, remove it.

⬢万能レンチX 13-16の13mmの切り込みを使ってヒーターブロックをつかみます。

⬢ユニバーサルレンチYの7mmの切り込みを使ってノズルをつかんで、緩めます。

⬢Prusaノズルを手動で外し、ホットエンドアセンブリから取り外します。

Step 11 Installing the Prusa Nozzle: parts preparation

⬢新しいPrusaノズル（１個）

Step 12 Installing the Prusa Nozzle

⬢新しいノズルを、ノズルがヒーターブロック表面に接触するまで、ヒーターブロックに最後までねじ込みます。

⬢レンチ 13-16 でヒーターブロックをつかみます。

⬢ユニバーサルレンチYの7mmの切り込みを使ってノズルをつかんで、緩めます。余計な力を入れないよう気をつけてください。

指定トルク値は1.5Nm（13.3lb-in）です。トルクレンチの使用を推奨します。

⬢Put the silicone sock back on the heaterblock. This is optional.

Step 13 Inserting the hotend

⬢ヒートシンクの下側をよく見て、ホットエンドアセンブリ用の穴を見つけます。

⬢Insert the hotend assembly tube in the hole and slide the whole thing into the heatsink. Guide the hotend cables loosely outside the Nextruder on the left side.

⬢ホットエンドアセンブリをヒートシンクに完全に押し込みます。ヒートシンクとノズルの真鍮部分の間に約 2 mm の隙間があるはずです。

⬢While pushing the hotend assembly in, firmly tighten the lower thumb screw and the upper thumb screw.

ネジとヒートシンクの間にケーブルを挟まないようにしてください！

⬢下側から、ホットエンドの向きが正しいことを確認します。Xキャリッジの切り欠きの間に収まるようになります。
