I second both of these comments. Definitely easier to have one manual to build everything. Likewise fitting enclosure mods (Comment elsewhere as well). A simple "if you are putting the printer in the enclosure, go to step X, if not, do Y" would serve the purpose admirably.
Likewise, full explanations of "Option A" "Option B" - what's the difference???
As Prusa are bundling the mk4 and enclosure at the moment, it may be useful to add links in both instructions to minimise disassembly and reassembly of printer. I'm building both together and would have liked to avoid the rework on a now functional printer.
I'm not sure why step one is disassembling a working printer. If you're not planning on completing the entire thing in one go then the option that would have fit me better would be to defer preparing the printer until necessary. The enclosure can easily be built up to the end of https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/3-assembling-the-enclosure_335739 with literally no mention of the printer, so why not do that first?
