Before disassembling the printer, please refer to Step 27, 28, and 29. These components must be preserved from your MK3 printer. If you're considering upgrading, it might be worthwhile to purchase these parts separately and embark on building a second printer. In the event you proceed with disassembly, I recommend investing in a new x/y-axis rod and bearings. This will streamline your disassembly process by minimizing the need to take apart subassemblies within your printer.
