When initiating a transfer of files to the printer, it will detect if a file with the same name is on the internal memory.
There is no overwrite function.
How to fix it?
beta in advanced settings -> firmware update. The admin interface allows to switch also to dev. This signals switch failure. Most probably the printer configuration is somehow broken.
